Once you have found a good builder with excellent project management skills, trusted trades people, high quality workmanship, a professional manner and fair pricing, you don’t want to let them go! Greg and his team are slowly transforming our house, taking on each new project as we can afford to do it and offering advice along the way. Their work is always of an exceptional standard, communication is superb, and Greg really listens to what you want and need. Any potential issues (and with a house as old as ours there will always be something unexpected popping up!) are always presented with possible solutions. So far Greg and his team have successfully transformed our kitchen/diner, cellar, bedroom and dressing room, downstairs cloakroom and one bathroom! He has managed all the suppliers, trades and other external organisations needed to make the vision in my head into a reality. .... I am sure you will agree, they have done a lovely job. Excellent service and top quality professional craftsmanship. GJH designed my summerhouse and I am so pleased with the design and this has added value to my home and everybody comments on such an amazing piece of construction. It has the WOW factor…. The summer house is not just a summer house, it has 2 storage units either side and has running water, electrics, tv and internet , sleeps 4 and is so comfortable and warm that I use it as an extension to my home. Greg was on site for 1 month and is a conscientious , hardworking ,reliable and has an amazing eye for detail. He is friendly and open to suggestions and will go the extra mile to make the customer happy . The build was completed on time with no extra cost in fact there was few pounds left to toast my new summerhouse. I have recommended ...to all of my friends for outstanding sensibly priced work. I have very high standards and Greg and his team met them all the time. There was no problems only solutions.
